Long-distance Running

Running has taught me resilience, focus, and joy in discipline. I train 5–10 km weekly and won first prizes in the 800m and 1500m school races. Beyond personal victories, I shared this passion with my mom — motivating her to start running, teaching breathing techniques, and advising on posture. Together, we completed a 13 km run, transforming my hobby into a family achievement. Running strengthens not only my body, but also my ability to manage stress and push limits.

Workout

Workout is my training ground for power and resilience. I leapt from deadlifting 20kg to 45kg, sharpened my endurance, and pushed through longer hours. Each session clears my mind, fuels my drive, and keeps me fierce under stress. With my coach as both guide and ally, I’ve built strength, speed, and spirit—always ready to sprint at life’s next challenge.

Various Activities

I love being outdoors—climbing mountains, running through open fields, chasing the horizon, and trying other sports like volleyball, yoga, shot pull ball, and boxing. Nature gives me a sense of peace, but also sparks new inspiration with every breath of fresh air and every stretch of wild landscape. Out there, I feel both grounded and limitless, as if the world itself is pushing me to run faster, train harder, and dream bigger.

Childhood Experience

From a young age, I dedicated five years to practicing gymnastics, during which I earned second place in the Hangzhou Championships and competed in more than five city-level contests. While living in the United States as a child, I also joined a cheerleading team, where I discovered the excitement of teamwork and performance. These early experiences gave me both physical strength and confidence, shaping the foundation for my later passion in dance and athletics.
